Job summary

Asure Software is seeking an HR Sales Executive in Tampa, FL to build and sustain business relationships, conduct demos, and close new HR consulting SaaS deals. You will prospect, nurture partnerships, and drive growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

The role requires 3 years in HCM/HR consulting sales, 1–3 years in quota-driven selling, and familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong. OTE eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HCM/HR consulting sales experience.
• 1-3 years in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and self-generated opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator).
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

How you will contribute

Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation

The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
