Job summary

Asure Software Inc. in Austin is seeking an HR Sales Executive to build and nurture business relationships, conduct demos, and close new HR consulting SaaS opportunities.

You will identify prospects, manage a robust funnel, and leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools to drive quota attainment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3 years of HCM HR consulting sales experience and 1–3 years in a quota-driven environment.

• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in sales tools: Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

How you will contribute

Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.

Compensation

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is determined in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
