Job summary

Corporate Coverage Company is hiring a Human Resources Assistant to join our HR and Safety team. The role supports HR operations across six states, ensuring employee lifecycle changes are processed in our HRIS and onboarding is coordinated.

You will assist recruitment tasks and provide administrative support to the Safety team while maintaining compliant personnel records. This full-time position offers benefits and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or HR experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries
• Monitor and manage the HR inbox
• Process employee lifecycle changes in the HRIS
• Coordinate onboarding and manage new hire tracking
• Support HR compliance via updating personnel files
• Maintain accurate records with timely data entry
• Assist with recruitment tasks (posting ads, interviewing)
• Provide administrative support to the Safety team and related projects
• Support HR and Safety projects as needed
