Corporate Coverage Company seeks a Human Resources Assistant to support HR and Safety across a multi-state network. This role assists with onboarding, employee inquiries, HRIS updates, and compliance tasks while partnering with the Safety team.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of administrative or HR-related experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries
• Monitor and manage the company Human Resources inbox
• Process employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS
• Coordinate employee onboarding and manage new hire tracking
• Support HR compliance via updating employee personnel files
• Maintain accurate records through timely data entry and updates
• Assist with recruitment tasks (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Provide administrative support to the Safety team, including maintaining records and assisting with related projects and compliance activities.
• Assist with various Human Resources and Safety projects and initiatives as needed.
