Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Kansas City, KS is seeking an organized HR & Safety Coordinator to support employee relations, HR processes, and workplace safety across shifts.

You will partner with regional managers to ensure compliance and timely HR execution at the distribution center. Responsibilities include screening applicants, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll documentation, benefits, and safety program development while maintaining confidential records and coordinating office

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of human resources experience.
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and hazard communication standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employee support and onboarding.
• Coordinate key HR processes and benefits administration.
• Promote workplace safety and OSHA/DOT compliance; conduct safety inspections.
• Oversee general office services, supplies, and records management.
• Support regional cross-dock managers during quarterly visits to locations.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, payroll, and benefit documentation.
