Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking an organized HR & Safety Coordinator for our Kansas City, KS distribution center. This dual role supports employees and operations across human resources, workplace safety, and office administration.

You will provide day-to-day employee support, coordinate key HR processes, promote workplace safety, oversee general office services, and assist regional cross-dock managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in human resources with payroll and benefits knowledge.
• Experience in employee relations and workplace safety.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations for warehouse and delivery employees across multiple shifts.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding activities through the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain attendance, paid time off, timecards, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and FMLA documentation.
• Partner with HR on employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and resolutions.
• Coordinate safety inspections and training, maintain records, and help develop safety programs.
