Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of HCM HR consulting sales experience required.
• 1-3 years in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Ambitious, positive attitude and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Leverage and become expert in our sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator).
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Use Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services activities.
