Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Leverage and become expert in our sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator).
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Use Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services activities.

How you will contribute

Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

Compensation

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is determined in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
