Dell Technologies is launching an HR Rotation Program (HRRP) in Round Rock, TX, offering three rotations across HR functions. You’ll analyze data to guide HR decisions, explore AI-driven workflows, and partner with business teams to drive change.

The program emphasizes learning, networking, and development, with a focus on people analytics and employee experience. Recent graduates in MIS, analytics, psychology, HR, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Communication, or a related area of study.
• Data literacy – comfort working with data, identifying trends, and using insights to inform recommendations. Excel proficiency is expected.
• Strong drive for results, intellectual curiosity, and learning agility.
• Effective collaborator with strong communication skills who can work across teams and functions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt, and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exposure to data analytics, visualization tools, or HR systems.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) in coursework or projects.
• Coursework or project experience in people analytics, organizational behavior, workforce planning, or research methods
• Prior internship or work experience in People Analytics or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface workflow insights and inform HR decisions.
• Participate in human-centered design thinking to improve employee experience.
• Explore and orchestrate AI tools to HR workflows and think critically about outputs.
• Build strategic partnerships across the business, applying change management and market awareness.
• Present recommendations, data-driven insights, and results to HR leaders with stakeholder input.
• Engage in learning and development sessions, mentorship, and networking during the program.
