Qualifications

• Ongoing graduate student in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, or related area.
• Interest in HR, people analytics, workforce technology, or data-driven HR initiatives.
• Data literacy and Excel proficiency; ability to derive insights from data and present recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key HR priorities related to your project(s) with measurable outcomes.
• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface insights for HR decisions.
• Contribute to human-centered design thinking to improve employee experience.
• Explore AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) in HR workflows and assess outputs ethically.
• Present recommendations to HR leaders and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Build strategic partnerships across the business with change management.
• Participate in learning sessions, mentorship, and networking throughout the summer.
