Job summary

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Human Resources RN to lead benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and nurse coaching across Knox County, TN. The role emphasizes cost containment, annual health events, and staff training in CPR, flu shots, and related health services.

The position requires an RN license with nursing degree and at least 1 year in HR/benefits. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours work and travel for site trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with license or licensed RN.
• At least 1 year of related benefit or HR experience preferred.
• Ability to train on CPR, TB, and wellness topics as required.
• Experience coordinating health fairs and wellness programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of employment law required.
• Implement Innovu calls and solutions to reduce costs.
• Coordinate annual health fairs and wellness events.
• Train in orientation on CPR, Teledoc, EAP and Well-being.
• Travel to train other sites on CPR and wellness education.
• Regularly analyze claims data to improve health outcomes.
