Job summary

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Human Resources RN to lead health and wellness initiatives for staff, coordinate benefits and wellness programs, and support HR operations in Knoxville, TN. The role requires an RN license and at least one year of HR-related experience.

You will train staff on CPR/First Aid, TB testing, and wellness education, manage medical documentation, and collaborate with vendors to enhance employee health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with RN license.
• At least 1 year of HR-related experience preferred.
• Experience with employee benefits/ wellness programs is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate health fairs and wellness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee wellness programs and benefits to reduce healthcare costs.
• Coordinate annual health fairs and on-site wellness events at multiple locations.
• Provide training on TB, CPR/First Aid, Well-being to new staff during orientation.
• Maintain and manage employee medical files and related documentation.
• Liaise with health vendors and coordinate drug screens and vaccines as required.
