Job summary

Regions is seeking a Business Unit Compliance Analyst in Hoover, Alabama to join the HR Risk & Compliance team. You will apply risk management practices to ensure regulatory adherence, administer defined procedures, and produce routine outputs while developing broader knowledge of the business context.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential. Responsibilities include regulatory change management, monitoring, testing, and collaboration with HR and other partners to ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Audit or related field.
• Or High School Diploma or GED with four years of related work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance/Audit or related function for a line of business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of rules and regulations for the assigned line of business.
• Research laws and assess impact with second line of defense.
• Review processes to identify gaps and issues.
• Assist with monitoring, testing and regulatory change management.
• Prepare reports and regulatory submissions.
