Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in Hoover, Alabama is seeking an Enterprise Operations Analyst to administer defined procedures, prepare and analyze reports, and lead process improvement projects. The role emphasizes data analysis, operational efficiency, and adherence to risk and cybersecurity standards.

Reporting to management, you will interpret data, support capacity planning and forecasting, and help design workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Analyses and interprets data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, including capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing
• Contributes to workflows or process changes and redesigns, and has a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process
• Creates and maintains policies, procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
• Works under limited to moderate supervision to analyze and solve moderately complex operational, systems-related, and/or customer issues
• May define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing
• May manage small projects and/or contribute to task forces or project teams
• May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as an owner
