Regions Bank is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to monitor federal and state regulatory changes, assess impact, and draft reporting for lines of business. The role supports compliance training and maintains reporting on training completion.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and at least five years in financial or regulatory environments, with strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Based in Birmingham, AL, it is a full-time exempt role.

At Regions, the Regulatory Analyst focuses on monitoring, researching, managing, and implementing responses to all regulatory changes at both the federal and state level that affect Regions lines of business. This role is required to draft reporting related to regulatory changes and emerging risks which may be distributed throughout the lines of business or the enterprise. This role also helps develop and update compliance training, and maintains reporting related to the completion of that training.
Primary Responsibilities
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
