Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management experience or 5+ years of human resource experience or 5 years of business operations experience.
• Experience partnering with Legal and Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR risk policies and programs across the enterprise.
• Design, build, and execute automated workflow solutions to streamline risk assessments and reporting.
• Support HR risk assessments for new or changing intents.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal and Compliance on regulatory applicability.
• Develop and maintain controls documentation in the RF system and related platforms.
• Support HR Issues & Events and ensure adherence to ERM standards.
• Assist with HR Policies documentation and alignment with corporate standards.
• Support related audits and regulatory exams.
• Assess regulatory changes and implement compliant plans.
