Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead how organizations reinvent HR for the digital age. You will shape strategies, integrate AI and automation, and deliver HR transformations across operating models, processes, and technology.

You will work with senior clients to optimize HR functions, improve employee experience, and align HR with business goals. Travel is required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR transformation or digital HR
• 2+ years in a managerial role
• 1+ year applying AI/GenAI to HR
• 1+ year in High Tech Industry

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with AI and automation.
• Lead HR operating model design and service delivery frameworks.
• Drive talent management, engagement, and workforce planning using analytics.
• Evaluate HR technology options and guide vendor selections.
• Lead end-to-end HR reinvention projects and ensure timely delivery.
