Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Manager for HR Reinvention to lead future-state HR process design and AI integration for clients. You will embed AI into client deliverables and the team’s ways of working, with responsibilities spanning workshops, benchmarking, and change management.

You will drive data and AI strategy, design agent experiences, and ensure HR processes align with business strategy. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR process excellence, redesign, or management consulting in HR transformation.
• Minimum 1 year designing future-state HR processes with AI, including operating model changes.
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating HR process design.
• Experience scoping and delivering HR projects in at least one domain (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Data Admin, etc.).
• MBA or Master’s degree and AI experience in HR context are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state HR process specification, AI integration design, and adoption planning.
• Run client discovery workshops, interview stakeholders, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments for HR domains.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional client teams to reimagine HR processes.
• Define data and AI strategy within HR, shaping platform blueprint and data strategy.
• Embed AX Design principles into HR process specs, including agent experiences and handoffs.
• Infuse Responsible AI considerations into HR transformation roadmap and delivery.
• Maintain HR’s role in delivering superior employee experiences across lifecycle touchpoints.
• Contribute to business development and proposals; use tools like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud.
• Coach junior practitioners on HR redesign methods and AI design principles.
• Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%.
