Job summary

ANTHC in Alaska is seeking a strategic Senior Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role owns all talent-related activities for assigned business groups, from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring and onboarding.

You will build pipelines of passive talent, partner with leaders to align hiring with business goals, guide decisions with market insights, track diversity metrics, and mentor junior recruiters while supporting process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related field.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring plans with business goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and hiring decisions.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, headcount progress, and diversity goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Shared Services teams.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and state employment regulations.
• Manage internal mobility processes and ATS activity.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and community events.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring plans with business goals
• Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and hiring decisions
