The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking an HR Specialist based in Anchorage, AK to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role includes customer service, onboarding, recruitment support, benefits inquiries, payroll inquiries, and recordkeeping within a culturally aware, employee-centered environment.

Qualifications

• One year of post-secondary vocational-technical or college education in office administration.
• Two years of human resource experience or three years of skilled office experience.
• Knowledge of Alaska Native culture and the Alaska Native Tribal Health System.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and employees to provide quality service.
• Assist in New Hire Orientation preparation and recordkeeping.
• Prepare onboarding schedules and maintain background clearance records.
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality of HR files.
• Support recruitment, benefits, payroll inquiries, and HR projects.
