Job summary

ASM Jobs is seeking an in-house HR Recruiter to drive non-IT and IT hiring across BFSI and retail sectors. This role supports sourcing, screening, and client development from a home/ hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
