Full-Time | Office-Based with Occasional Community Travel

Join our growing company as an HR Recruitment Coordinator, where you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment and on-boarding life-cycle. Your role will be essential in helping us attract top talent, make great hires, and ensure new employees feel welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed from day one.
Talent Acquisition & On-boarding
Partner with Care Coordinators to identify hiring needs and build strong pipelines
Attend and coordinate community job fairs and recruitment events
Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize the process
Candidate Screening, Selection & Offers
Conduct screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Extend offers and guide candidates through pre-employment requirements
Coordinate background checks, references, and on-boarding compliance
New Hire On-boarding Experience
Lead a positive on-boarding journey from offer acceptance through the first days and beyond
Facilitate orientation sessions, sharing company culture, policies, and expectations
Welcome new hires with on-boarding kits and introduce them to their CareTeam
High School diploma or GED required
Healthcare hiring experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a can-do attitude and independent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Google Suite and general office tools
Passion for supporting others and promoting workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion
Office-based position with community travel for job fairs
Requires regular use of computer and telephone
Light lifting (files and on-boarding materials, up to 15 lbs)
