Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in the banking industry in searching for a Recruiting Coordinator - REMOTE.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $25 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Standard Business Hours - EST

Interview Process: Phone interviews

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews (virtual and onsite)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with additional recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Potential for recruiting support (e.g., interviewing, candidate follow-ups) depending on experience level

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendaring/scheduling)
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Experience with Workday (a plus)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience supporting a recruiting or HR team
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
