Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Intern for Summer 2027. This paid internship partners with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent while applying classroom learning to real-world recruiting projects.

You'll interview candidates, track pipelines, support university relations, and own a capstone project on emerging recruitment trends. Housing is provided for out-of-town interns, with mentorship and professional development throughout the program.

Qualifications

• 12-week internship open to junior-status students.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic with ability to handle confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.
• Work alongside an experienced recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.
• Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.
