Job summary

Uline is seeking a motivated Human Resources Recruiting Intern for Summer 2027 at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will apply classroom learning to real-world recruiting projects, interview candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals.

This 12-week, paid internship is open to junior-status students pursuing a bachelor's in HR or related field. You will gain hands-on experience, work with a mentor, and have the potential to join Uline full-time after

Qualifications

• This internship requires junior-status students enrolled in a bachelor’s program in HR or a related field.
• Develop and apply recruitment skills by interviewing candidates and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify talent needs and skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview quality candidates and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Assist experienced recruiters to identify talent needs, duties, qualifications and skills.
• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.
• Own a project on emerging recruitment trends and present to stakeholders.
