Job summary

Uline offers a 2027 HR Recruiting Internship where you will partner with hiring managers and HR pros to identify, attract and retain top talent while applying classroom learning to real-world recruiting projects. The 12-week program includes a dedicated mentor, housing for out-of-town interns, and a collaborative in-person environment.

You will interview candidates, learn talent needs, support university relations, and own a project addressing recruitment trends to present to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Open to Junior-status students only pursuing a HR-related degree.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.
• Work alongside an experienced recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.
• Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.
