Uline is offering a 12-week HR Recruiting Internship for Summer 2027 at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role provides hands-on recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify, attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to handle confidential employee information.

• Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.

• Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.
