Job summary

Uline is seeking a motivated Human Resources Recruiting Intern for Summer 2027 at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will apply classroom learning to real-world recruiting projects, interview candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals.

This 12-week, paid internship is open to junior-status students pursuing a bachelor's in HR or related field. You will gain hands-on experience, work with a mentor, and have the potential to join Uline full-time after

Qualifications

• Develop and apply recruitment skills by interviewing candidates and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.

• Work alongside an experience recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.

• Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

• Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
