Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program or graduation within 12 months prior to the internship start date.
• Preference given to candidates pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications or a related field.
• Previous customer service or event-planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond by email, phone and in person to requests from employees, candidates and leaders as needed.
• Update and maintain information in HR systems.
• Assist with the filing and maintenance of HR records.
• Support additional HR projects and functions as assigned.
• Create and analyze Human Resources reports as assigned.
• Create and update HR presentations.
• Complete assigned HR projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with HR meetings, including reserving meeting space, preparing agendas and following up on action items.
