Frontier Airlines is seeking a Human Resources Intern — Learning & Development in Denver, CO for Summer 2027. This full-time, on-site internship offers hands-on HR experience, supporting learning systems, compliance, reporting and team projects.

You’ll work with the Learning Management System (LMS), assist HR meetings, prepare agendas, and help maintain HR data and communications. Pay ranges by class year from $20.00 to $24.50 per hour, with a deadline of April 16, 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Support learning programs and systems: monitor training compliance in LMS and assist with Learning & Development projects.
• Support reporting and HR operations: create/analyze HR reports, update HR presentations, maintain HR data and complete HR projects.
• Assist with HR meetings: reserve spaces, prepare agendas and follow up on action items; respond to employee/leader requests.

Build hands-on experience in Learning & Development As a Human Resources Intern — Learning & Development , you’ll gain practical HR experience while supporting Frontier’s Learning & Development team. You’ll assist with learning systems, training compliance, reporting and team projects while gaining exposure to how employee learning and development programs are supported across the organization.

Leadership scope
This role reports to Frontier Airlines’ Senior Manager, Learning & Development and has no direct reports.

What you’ll do

Support learning programs and systems

• Work with the Manager, Learning & Development and support activities connected to Frontier’s Training Center of Excellence.
• Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to help monitor training compliance and identify training needs.
• Assist with Learning & Development projects and functions as assigned.

Support reporting and HR operations

• Create and analyze Human Resources reports as assigned.
• Create and update HR presentations.
• Update and maintain information in HR systems.
• Complete assigned HR projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with HR meetings, including reserving meeting space, preparing agendas and following up on action items.
• Respond by email, phone and in person to requests from employees and leaders as needed.
• Assist with the filing and maintenance of HR records.
