Job summary

Rick Case Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized HR Recruiter & Executive Support Coordinator to support our multi-location dealership group. This role manages full-cycle recruiting, onboarding across locations, and HR duties while providing executive support.

The ideal candidate will navigate ADP Workforce Now, maintain confidential records, coordinate interviews and company events, and partner with managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of onboarding, employee records, FMLA, and HR administration.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple dealership locations.
• Coordinate onboarding, leave administration, and HR tasks.
• Provide executive support and prepare reports and events.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and HR systems.
