All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Customer Service Manager/HR Designee (CSM/HR) to coordinate quality care and customer service, assign staff, schedule client services, and support HR processes at our Rock Hill, SC location.

The role requires onboarding, screening, hiring, and HR file compliance, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm on-site schedule. Prior elder care experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Two or more years of community service, client service or staffing experience.
• Two or more years of general office and computer experience (Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT).
• One to two years of Human Resources with high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• One to two years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Prior experience delivering services to the elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled preferred.

Mansioni

• Understand and ensure adherence to the care plan for each client in your caseload.
• Facilitates communication as liaison between client’s circle of care including family, Power of Attorney, guardians, and agencies.
• Monitors and escalates changes in client’s plan of care, services or condition.
• Ensures proper documentation and record-keeping for agency payers.
• Coordinates schedules to ensure adequate staffing and processing of visits for billing.
• Provides HR support in recruitment, hiring, performance, retention, and compliance.
• Processes and reviews employment applications in the ATS to evaluate qualifications.
• Coordinates or supports new hire onboarding and employee exit meetings.
• Assists with data management and HRIS data maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
