Serenity Home Healthcare is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate or agency background welcome.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop and post job descriptions across boards and social media.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and interview debriefs with teams.
• Prepare offers and coordinate background checks.
• Maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Represent the company brand professionally and maintain ATS records.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline activity.
• Participate in career fairs and outreach events.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and support hiring managers in decision-making.
• Prepare and extend job offers; coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and timely experience for all applicants.
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and community outreach as needed.
