Serenity Home Healthcare is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across roles and departments. You will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and strong sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop and post descriptions across boards and social media.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate debriefs and assist in decision-making.

• Maintain candidate records in ATS and report metrics.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment..

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and support hiring managers in decision‑making.
• Prepare and extend job offers; coordinate background checks and pre‑employment steps.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and timely experience for all applicants.
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience; corporate or agency background welcome.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
