Priority Dispatch Corp. is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in Jacksonville. The role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and the ideal candidate profile.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position is hybrid, supporting multiple locations and time zones, with competitive pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to recruit across locations/time zones.
• Hybrid role with on-site Jacksonville location.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic HR team! This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer to ensure a high quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will make a thoughtful impact using creativity and initiative in recruitment strategies.
