Newtron Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment at the plant/organization level. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and staff engagement to ensure a capable workforce.

Inperson work location with health benefits and provident fund offered. The role requires 2+ years of experience and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and modern recruiting tools to reach diverse channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience using multiple recruitment channels.
• Experience onboarding new hires and coordinating with teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage entire recruitment life cycle.
• Advertise openings across channels and source candidates.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up to joining.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, joining formalities and documentation.
• Support employee engagement and organize events.
• Provide administrative support to Head & Manager HR.
• Maintain HR databases including leave and attendance.

We Newtron Talent Solutions looking for prominent HR Recruiter who is responsible for overseeing and executing all HR functions at the plant/organization level in alignment. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance management, training & development, and fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated work environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Managing entire recruitment life cycle
• Advertise job openings using Multiple channels
• Sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and complete follow up until candidate joins.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment activities, Onboarding & Training Process, Joining Formalities and Documentation of New Hires, Implement effective onboarding plans.
• Employee Engagement, Discussing, implementing and organizing various events in organization.
• Provide administrative support to Head & Manager HR
• Manage and update HR databases - Leave and Attendance Management
• Proficiency MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and online recruiting technology tools.
• Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals etc.
