Job summary

Creative Solutions for Hope in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a full-time, on-site Recruiting Specialist to support hiring across the organization. You will manage candidate screening, interviews, and offers, while guiding new hires through onboarding and providing ongoing candidate communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience working in an ABA therapy environment preferred.
• Experience using Indeed for recruitment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
• Review incoming candidates’ resumes.
• Network and engage with candidates.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Complete reference checks for candidates and provide the response to the clinical team for review.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Send recaps of interviews and candidate details to the supervisor and relative clinical directors.
• Oversee job offers, including sending Conditional Offers of Employment to candidates.
• Ensure candidates are well-informed about their positions and job descriptions.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist new hires as part of new hire onboarding.
• Propose new ideas to improve the recruitment process and support a steady stream of applicants.
• Research recruitment-related initiatives.
• Assist with new hire orientation, including presenting company policies and topics such as HIPPA and Sexual Harassment

Creative Solutions for Hope offers a full-time, onsite recruiting role in Costa Mesa, CA with competitive pay at $20.00 per hour. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working in an ABA therapy environment (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with Indeed (preferred)
• Fluency with the Microsoft suite
• High school diploma (required)
• Computer literate
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent team player
• Ability to problem solve and work as a self-starter

Additional details

Job type: Full-time. Work location: In person (onsite). Pay: $20.00 per hour.
