Job summary

PSC Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a recruiter to source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

You will also track recruiting metrics and support continuous improvement in hiring, completing any additional duties as assigned. The company offers medical, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend and travel requirements)
