Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement for an enterprise client in Austin, TX. This 12-month contract role focuses on delivering HR technology initiatives, information flow improvements, and governance across HR Shared Services and IT stakeholders.

The role requires PMP, strong stakeholder management, and experience with JIRA. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop executive dashboards, and ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, MIS, Engineering Management, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 2-4 years of project management experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project/work management platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects focused on HR technology, information management, and process improvement.
• Manage the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process, including prioritization, scoping, and resource planning.
• Oversee HR system enhancements, business process improvements, and operational transitions.
• Develop executive reports, project status updates, and monthly HR Technology dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation, workflows, and governance materials.
