Urgently need Scrum Master Project Manager

Position Details:

Title: Project Management Specialist

Duration: 6 months (Temp to hire)

Remote OK with travel

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage large-sized projects with high complexity at one or more sites.
• Perform project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Review project status regularly. Create Project Definition, schedule, budget, Resource Plan, and Project Execution Package.
• Present project updates to clients and stakeholders for approval.
• Hold project team meetings; manage team members, vendors, and subcontractors; obtain and engage vendor quotes; release project resources.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure performance aligns with schedule and budget.
• Analyze actual versus planned expenditures and hours; evaluate deliverables against quality expectations.
• Exercise change management processes, update project deliverables, and obtain stakeholder acceptance.
• For Agile Scrum Master PMs: complete Agile ServiceNow development for Service Management Services and Service Desk/Work Management Offerings; contribute to ServiceNow integrations and development.
• Facilitate Scrum processes, organize and run Scrum calls, document issues, and maintain JIRA details.
• Ensure an environment conducive to team self-organization; shield team from external disruptions; enforce time boxes; keep Scrum artifacts visible.
• Lead at least 2 Scrum teams, organize Scrum activities, and mentor others.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years’ experience.
