Job summary

Oatey in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Project Manager, Human Resources who partners with the CHRO to drive high-priority HR initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained adoption.

You will develop project roadmaps, manage risks, and translate priorities into measurable outcomes while advancing DEI strategies across talent, learning, culture, and the associate experience. This role requires strong communication, change leadership, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Project management certification (PMP) or HR certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with DEI, culture, associate experience, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional HR projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, risk logs, and issue tracking.
• Align HR priorities with actionable roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Advance DEI initiatives by translating priorities into initiatives, metrics, and sustainable practices.
• Coordinate DEI across talent, learning, engagement, culture, and associate experience.
