Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Project Manager, Human Resources to lead high-priority HR initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained adoption. The role partners with the CHRO to advance DE&I strategy, translating priorities into initiatives and embedding inclusion across talent, culture, engagement, and the associate experience.

Strong PM, change leadership, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with project leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HR projects with clearly defined scope, timelines, owners, resources, dependencies and success measures.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, decision logs, and risk/issue tracking; manage multiple initiatives and interdependencies.
Translate enterprise priorities into actionable roadmaps with governance and measurable outcomes, coordinating with HR leadership.
Advance the DEI strategy with workplans, metrics, communications, and sustainable practices across talent, learning and engagement.
Coordinate DEI initiatives across the associate experience and culture in partnership with HR and external partners as appropriate.
Monitor HR project and DEI measures; analyze workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and drive follow-through.
