Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, project or program management, organizational effectiveness, change management, HR operations, DE&I, or related field.
• Experience translating strategy into practical workplans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HR projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and governance structures.
• Translate enterprise priorities into measurable roadmaps with clear ownership and milestones.
• Advance DE&I priorities, translating them into initiatives and sustainable practices.
• Facilitate meetings and change management activities, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
• Analyze workforce data to measure outcomes and inform HR strategy.
