Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of HR systems (HRIS) to align with growth and compliance.
• Lead implementation, optimization, and integration of HR technologies with IT and external vendors.
• Develop reporting analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decisions and workforce insights.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle data management with scalable, compliant processes.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain SOPs across People Operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and change management initiatives with IT, Finance, and HR partners.
