Qualifications

• Knowledge of Army Military Personnel and related regulations.
• Familiar with safety and security regulations and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct staff in a small to medium organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use computer programs to prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply laws and guidelines for personnel actions.

• Provide planning, directing, organizing, and controlling over personnel management staff.
• supervise first level, nonsupervisory employees in the Personnel Management Branch.
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive work relationships.
