Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Classification and Pay laws, rules and processes.
• Experience with Labor Relations and performance management processes.
• Knowledge of civil service recruitment and exam certification process.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise staff in HR programs.

• Oversee Labor Relations, Classification & Pay, Examination and Performance Management programs.
• Develop and monitor work standards, ensuring timely, accurate service.
• Coordinate with management to resolve complex personnel-related issues.
