Responsibilities

  • Oversees recruitment, employee relations, and merit actions; advises on agency policies.
  • Coordinates investigations, grievances, and administrative appeals under merit rules.
  • Represents the agency to other agencies and stakeholders on HR matters.
  • Participates in budget preparation and policy development for HR programs.
