Job summary

EOSOL is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across North America. This role focuses on aligning business goals with people strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or similar, 5-7 years of HR experience, and knowledge of U.S. labor laws. Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills are essential. This position offers a hybrid work environment and is project-based for 6 months.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across North America (U.S. & Mexico). This role will act as a strategic HR partner, aligning business goals with people strategy, supporting leadership teams in workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Act as the main HR contact for managers and leadership teams.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Translate business needs into HR solutions aligned with company goals.

Employee Relations & Performance

• Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Support performance management and development processes.
• Advise leaders on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Compliance & Labor Relations

• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws (federal, state, local).
• Oversee HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, audits.
• Support multi-state operations and field workforce compliance.

Talent & HR Operations

• Support recruitment and staffing strategies.
• Participate in headcount planning.
• Coordinate with HR and payroll teams across U.S. and Mexico.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience as HRBP or HR Manager.
• Experience in renewable energy, industrial, or project-based environments (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-state U.S. operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
• Fluent Spanish + Intermediate/Advanced English.
