The role focuses on leadership development, internship partnerships, employee recognition, and open house events across multiple locations, requiring strong organization and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, or event operations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross‑functional programs from planning through execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, and operational planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating large‑scale employee events, recognition programs, conferences, webinars, or executive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution and operational management of the Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP).
• Serve as HR liaison for internship programs, onboarding, and program logistics.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on orientation programming and on‑site events across major cities.
• Manage the Spotlight Awards process: nominations, review, and event planning.
• Lead Open House program planning to showcase culture and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR programs and participant experiences.
• Develop project plans, timelines, communications, and reporting for stakeholders.
