Job summary

Fox News Media seeks a dynamic Program & Project Manager to join the HR team in New York. You will lead high-priority early career initiatives, recognition programs, and HR projects that enhance the employee experience in a fast‑paced media environment.

Reporting to Senior HR Leadership, you will balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and senior executives across New York, DC, and LA.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, or event operations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross‑functional programs from planning through execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating large‑scale employee events, recognition programs, conferences, webinars, or executive meetings.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset for a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and operations of the FOX News Media Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP).
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for the Cristo Rey High School Internship Program, overseeing onboarding and partnerships.
• Support early career recruiting initiatives, including orientation programming and on-site events across New York, DC, and LA.
• Manage the FOX News Media Spotlight Awards process, including nominations, committee coordination, and event planning.
• Plan and execute the FOX News Media Open House Program, showcasing culture, career opportunities, and the employee experience.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting to ensure program delivery and stakeholder alignment.
